2. Using this site
By using caardz.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and price products accurately. Occasionally an error may occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding and you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order placed through this site is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details of how this applies.
8. Digital products
Digital guides are supplied as downloadable files. Because digital content is delivered immediately, your legal right to cancel a digital product ends once download has begun, if you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged you lose your cancellation right by doing so.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
