How do I receive my digital product after purchase?+
Digital products (e-books and art files) are delivered instantly as a download once payment is confirmed. You’ll also receive a copy of your download link by email.
What license do I get with digital art purchases?+
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, digital art is sold under a personal-use license: you can print and display it for yourself, but not resell or redistribute the file. Commercial licensing is available on request — see our blog post on choosing a license.
Do you use AI in your products?+
Our e-books and design commissions aren't AI-assisted. Our digital art prints (Neon Horizons and the Quiet Botanicals collection) are vector compositions drafted with code rather than hand-drawn or photographed — wherever that's the case, it's stated plainly on the product page.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?+
Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, we don’t offer refunds once a file has been accessed. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details and the exceptions that apply.
How does a custom design commission work?+
You start with a free short consultation so we understand your brief. From there we share a fixed quote before any work begins, followed by a concept and up to two rounds of revisions.
Is CAARDZ a registered company?+
Yes — CAARDZ LTD is registered in England & Wales. Full company details are listed on our About page and in the site footer.
Where is CAARDZ based?+
CAARDZ LTD is registered in London, England. The studio itself is run remotely, so replies may land outside typical UK office hours.
