1. Who we are
This website is operated by CAARDZ LTD (“CAARDZ”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17475435, with its registered office at Office 2033, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products we sell
We sell original digital e-books, original digital art and prints delivered as downloadable files, and bespoke design services. Product descriptions, included files, and license terms are listed on each product page.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any taxes required by law unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. An order is complete once payment is confirmed.
4. Licensing of digital products
Unless a product page states otherwise, digital art and e-books are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any file purchased from CAARDZ. Commercial licenses, where offered, will be stated explicitly on the relevant product page.
5. Design services
Custom design work is scoped individually. A quote, timeline, and number of revisions will be agreed in writing before work begins. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are handled under our Refund & Delivery Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAARDZ LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
